Marlo Cottage in regional Beechworth, Victoria is a true Australian experience immersed in both history and charm. This distinctive cottage was once the home of photographer James E Bray, who was renowned for creating the now famous portraits of the Ned Kelly Gang in these very rooms. It was in Marlo Cottage’s upstairs room where the now-famous, private portraits of the Ned Kelly Gang were taken. Bray was also employed by the local police to capture the Ned Kelly siege at Glenrowan, on June 28th 1880.

Viens et reste, ‘come and stay’ at the French Cottage , c. 1854, an enchanting heritage stone home that has now been fully renovated to offer luxury, self-contained accommodation.
