Give yourself a chance to disconnect from technology with a short stay, recharge your batteries and retreat off the grid.
DISCONNECT
Tiny Pip is an opportunity to unplug from work calls and emails and plug into what really matters. Perched on a hill, within 140 acres of land, the main window benefits from exceptional views. Walk 15-minutes from the house to an even higher spot for panoramic views of the area. It’s an idyllic picnic spot and a perfect place to watch the sunset.
Named after the kind and loving character of Pip from Charles Dickens’ Great Expectations, this tiny house has plenty of views to share. Facing northeast, wake up to uninterrupted countryside views and soak in the glow of the sun setting over the rolling hills.

THE EXPERIENCE
Set in the Heathcote wine region, you'll find plenty of wineries within a 30-minute radius. It's just 10 minutes to Tooborac village, which has a well-known country pub (with brewery), pie shop and general store. We recommend visiting the Pink Cliffs Reserve where you can wander through intriguing mini gorges and cliffs of fine pink clay.
Tiny Pip’s secret address and information is emailed to you… wake up to nature as your cinema. Mobile reception is limited. The destination encourages local shopping to support growers and businesses.
Tiny Pip is designed for tiny living - clever design offers both functionality and enjoyable comforts, enabling you to reconnect and enjoy wholesome local experiences. Pip is a 90-minute drive from Melbourne and sleeps up to 4 guests, with 1 Queen bed in the window and a double bed in the loft.
