Begin the day with a delightful brunch paired with sparkling wines at Chandon's scenic restaurant. Indulge in a sparkling mimosa as you enjoy the stunning views of the Yarra ranges from the exquisite Chandon restaurant. A delectable brunch spread awaits, featuring a mix of savory and sweet delights such as smoked salmon, coddled egg, prosciutto, potato rosti, croissants, orange and almond cake, and fresh fruit. And, of course, savour our finest sparkling wine offerings.

Then immerse yourself into the art of winemaking in the Riddling Hall, where you will learn and try your hand at crafting Chandon's own celebrated Vintage Brut.

Enjoy a 1.5-hour sparkling brunch at the picturesque Chandon Restaurant, followed by a 45-minute "Behind the Bubbles" wine experience with a Chandon expert host.  Available for 2 to 12 guests from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Reservations required.
